In consideration of and through my involvement in the 3rd Annual Frontiers Day Lawn Mower Race.

I acknowledge and agree that:

I acknowledge and fully understand that each participant will be engaging in activities that involve risk of serious injury, including permanent disability and death, and serve social and economic losses which might result not only from their actions, inactions, or negligence of, but the actions, inactions or negligence of others, the rules of play, or the conditions of the premises or of any equipment used. Further, that there may be other risks not known to us or not foreseeable at this time.

I knowingly and freely assume all risks and accept personal responsibility for the damages following such injury, disability, or death. I for myself, and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, and next of kin, hereby release, hold harmless and promise not to sue Milford Community Fire Department, Milford Miami Twp. Chamber of Commerce, City of Milford, Frontiers Day Inc., Milford Community Firefighters Club, American Legion Post 450, and their board of directors, officers, agents, sponsors, members, and/or employees, with respect to any and all such injury, paralysis, dismemberment, death and or loss or damage (except that which is resultant of gross negligence and/or willful or wanton misconduct).
